In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this website you may notify our designated copyright agent as set forth below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA you must provide the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
 - Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the website
 - Your contact information including your full name mailing address telephone number and email address
 - A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner its agent or the law
 - A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
Counter Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification you may submit a counter notification to our designated agent. The counter notification must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
 - A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
 - Your name address and telephone number and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification
 
Please note that under Section 512f of the DMCA any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances we may also terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
